ENCLAVE AT HOMETOWN

The services of DeShazo Group were retained by Enclave at Hometown, LP, to update a previous traffic study prepared in 2007 by our firm for a multifamily development that was planned to be constructed on Ice House Drive (previously known as Parker Road), south of Mid Cities Boulevard, at HomeTown in North Richland Hills, Texas. The updated development plan showed a minor increase in the number of apartment dwellings (from 254 to 260) and depicted some driveway modifications.
The purpose of this report was to update the site-related traffic volumes based upon the revised site access points and development plan. Pursuant to guidance from the City, the background turning movement volumes from the previous study were used as a basis for the additional site-generated traffic volumes. The new study was provided to the City of North Richland Hills for technical review and to fulfill the associated requirements of the local approval process.
