Mrs. Bonner DeShazo is the Chairman of DeShazo Group and brings a wealth of managerial experience to the firm. She has been actively involved in the Dallas area for 50 years with civic groups, city boards, community meetings and various businesses. Hallmarks of her managerial experience serving as president of different organizations have included increased budgets, greater organizational participation by members, and the provision of dynamic perspectives to the organizations in which she has been involved.
Her responsibilities at DeShazo Group include establishing firm policy, making financial decisions, negotiating contracts, hiring and firing personnel management, and management of day-to-day operations.
