DeShazo Group approaches many of its projects by organizing tasks into groups based upon the overall objective(s).  Each team is composed of staff members who have the specific expertise to address the task assigned.  The intent is to provide to the client the most efficient means and the best solutions for the least expenditure.  This approach has a number of advantages:  faster decision-making and response times; more efficiency; lower costs; improved communication with the client; and timelier delivery of the final product.
