DeShazo Group's institutional clients will periodically require our assistance when they undertake expansions to their facilities.  In this particular case, DeShazo Group performed a parking demand analysis for Medical City Dallas located at the northwest quadrant of North Central Expressway (US-75) and Forest Lane in Dallas. 

The analysis addressed parking needs associated with the proposed construction of “Building E” (a.k.a., Critical Care Tower and/or, Acute Care Tower).  The building was proposed to contain 116 inpatient beds, a 50-bed emergency care department, and a 200-seat conference center.  The analysis projected the incremental number of parking needs changes on the Medical City Dallas campus (whether new or existing parkers transferred from other areas of the campus) that would be generated by Building E.
