TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS
ProjectDeShazo Group conducted a comprehensive traffic analysis for the planned expansion of UT Health San Antonio. The project includes a phased development of a new inpatient hospital facility and parking structure. Phase I introduces a 180-bed hospital, with full buildout by 2028 including a 400-bed facility and 24,153 SF of dental/medical space.
