Project Overview

DeShazo Group provided traffic engineering and parking consulting services to support the ambitious redevelopment of the former Collin Creek Mall in Plano. The revitalized site reimagines a traditional enclosed mall as a vibrant, mixed-use district. Our team prepared a full traffic impact study and customized parking demand model for the project's three-phase rollout.
