DeShazo Group performed a comprehensive traffic impact analysis and site circulation study for Prestonwood Baptist Church’s new 138-acre campus in West Plano and Carrollton, Texas. The development included a 350,000-square-foot worship center with seating for 7,000, extensive supporting facilities, and a 180-unit retirement center to serve the church’s rapidly growing 15,000-member congregation.
