Project Overview

DeShazo Group was engaged by the Billingsley Company to conduct a traffic impact analysis for the Arts Plaza Development, a landmark multi-phase, mixed-use project in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. The development includes residential, commercial office space, restaurants, retail, public parks, and outdoor gathering spaces. One Arts Plaza, as the eastern anchor of Flora Street, serves as the visual and functional gateway to the district.
