ProjectDeShazo Group partnered with Hunt Consolidated to evaluate traffic flow, parking needs, and access design for their new corporate headquarters in Downtown Dallas. The team ensured compliance with City approval requirements while optimizing on-site circulation, visibility, and safety. DeShazo also coordinated with the city to enhance building security and improve the surrounding streetscape.

🚗 Traffic & Parking Analysis:
1. Evaluated existing and future traffic capacity in the surrounding area
2. Collaborated with the design team to determine the appropriate number of underground and adjacent garage spaces
3. Verified sight distances and motorist visibility to meet City of Dallas criteria
🏗️ Access & Operational Planning:
1. Designed and advised on driveway, loading dock, and garage circulation for safety and efficiency
2. Negotiated the removal of select on-street parking and meters to enhance security and visibility
3. Assessed impacts on nearby restaurant valet operations to ensure minimal disruption and coordination
