Project Overview
DeShazo Group was engaged to perform a comprehensive parking demand study for the new Perot Museum of Nature and Science, located near Downtown Dallas. Given the site's proximity to the Victory Park development, American Airlines Center, and the West End Historic District, the analysis accounted for surrounding public parking supply and walkability. The study supported a request for a code-based parking reduction by demonstrating that existing off-site parking would meet demand without overbuilding.
