Corporate Facilities / Westlake, Texas DeShazo Group provided professional engineering services for Deloitte University's Corporate Training Facility, a campus site selected to capitalize on its rural setting. This site was a tract of land adjacent to Fidelity Investments, a client DeShazo assisted several years earlier. The analysis required the projection and assessment of the unique traffic and parking characteristics that would be generated, and planning for the roadway system that would provide commensurate capacity and site access with minimal impact to the local community. DeShazo further assisted the client in obtaining entitlements from the local government for this development. |
