During its 43 year history, DeShazo Group has had the benefit of having an active role in numerous major developments. These developments have included thoroughfare plans for cities throughout Texas. Other developments that DeShazo Group has been involved with include major planned communities consisting of single-family housing developments, multifamily, retail, office space, and public amenities including schools, municipal buildings, and recreation space.
