UT SAN ANTONIO ROUNDABOUT
TRANSPORTATION PLANNING
Project
DeShazo Group was retained to solve significant traffic congestion at the intersection of the campus ring road and SH-1604 freeway entrance. Frequent gridlock required police intervention during peak periods. After evaluating multiple options, DeShazo recommended a roundabout solution that UTSA adopted and commissioned for detailed design and implementation.
