Dallas International School - Richardson Campus
TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS
Project
Perkins+Will engaged DeShazo Group to conduct a traffic study for a new Dallas International School (DIS) campus located on Waterview Parkway in Richardson, Texas. Given the proximity to UT Dallas and the scale of the proposed student population, the City of Richardson required a full traffic evaluation. The study ensured that existing infrastructure could accommodate DIS’s full build-out conditions while supporting safe, efficient access for daily school traffic.
