ProjectJesuit College Preparatory School and neighboring St. Rita Catholic School partnered with DeShazo Group to develop a shared traffic management plan for their adjacent campuses. With the planned construction of a shared parking garage, the schools required a detailed circulation and access strategy to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with City of Dallas requirements.

🏗️ Development: Construction of an approximately 450-space, four-level parking garage on the southeast corner of the St. Rita campus for shared use by both institutions

1.Reviewed proposed garage site plan and recommended design modifications
2. Improved internal site circulation for shared garage use between campuses
3. Enhanced ingress and egress configurations to minimize traffic conflict

1. Evaluated existing student drop-off/pick-up procedures
2. Developed strategies to streamline vehicle queuing and reduce wait times
