Project Overview

Jesuit College Preparatory School and neighboring St. Rita Catholic School partnered with DeShazo Group to develop a shared traffic management plan for their adjacent campuses. With the planned construction of a shared parking garage, the schools required a detailed circulation and access strategy to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with City of Dallas requirements.

🏗️ Development: Construction of an approximately 450-space, four-level parking garage on the southeast corner of the St. Rita campus for shared use by both institutions
