Project Overview

Mockingbird Station is a landmark mixed-use development located adjacent to the DART light rail line, combining residential, office, retail, and entertainment uses. DeShazo Group provided traffic and parking engineering services throughout the planning and implementation phases. The project included over 200 loft-style apartments, a 550,000-square-foot office tower, cinemas, fine dining, and retail spaces. DeShazo collaborated closely with the client and design teams to address complex transportation issues, ensuring efficient traffic access, circulation, and parking management within the busy North Central Expressway interchange area.
