Texas Tech Amarillo Project

Project Overview

DeShazo Group was retained by Trinity Groves, LLC to conduct a comprehensive Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) in support of a proposed 60+ acre mixed-use development located at the base of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Envisioned as a creative urban hub, the project will strecth between Sylvan Avenue and the Trinity River and include residential, office, retail, dining, entertainment, and artist spaces. The project aims to revitalize West Dallas, encourage innovation, and foster entrepreneurship. DeShazo’s analysis assessed roadway capacity, access opportunities, and development feasibility in accordance with the City of Dallas’s long-term planning goals.
