Project Overview

DeShazo Group was retained to update a 2007 traffic study for a multifamily development planned along Ice House Drive, just south of Mid Cities Boulevard in North Richland Hills. The revised plan included a slight unit increase and driveway reconfiguration. The updated study reviewed the impact of site-generated traffic volumes and ensured compliance with current city review protocols.
