Project Overview

DeShazo Group was retained to conduct a comprehensive parking study to support Phase II of a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Due to the planned integration of parking controls and the efficient layout of the mixed-use elements, a reduction from the City of Frisco’s standard parking requirements was sought.
