CVS PHARMACY
Retail / Killeen, Texas DeShazo Group conducted a traffic impact analysis for a proposed CVS Pharmacy commercial development located near the US-190/W. Trimmier Road intersection in Killeen, Texas. The development consisted of a 13,325-SF pharmacy that was proposed to be constructed and in operation by the end of 2013. The study projected the potential traffic that would be generated by the development plan and determined the general access and roadway capacity available to serve it. The findings indicated that the City of Killeen should pursue improvement of the W. Trimmier Road/ Lowe’s intersection immediately. It was determined that the other intersections studied would provide acceptable levels of service. |
