TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES

DeShazo Group is currently retained by the Town of Flower Mound to provide long-term professional transportation engineering services and act as their transportation engineer on an on-call basis.

The firm assists in their coordinating efforts with TxDOT, the City Planning Department and other agencies to address traffic-engineering-related issues.  These issues involved:

• development plans,
• planned highway improvements,
• planning and reviewing development proposals submitted to the Town for approval,
• reviewing and updating the Town of Flower Mound's Thoroughfare Plan, and
• reviewing and updating its policies, regulations and standards of design associated with traffic and roadway improvements.
