Multifamily / Plano, Texas The services of DeShazo were retained by MM CCM 48MLLC to provide professional traffic engineering and parking analysis consulting services for the redevelopment of Collin Creek Mall in Plano, Texas, which will include retail, restaurants, office space, single family and multifamily domiciles. Traffic site planning was provided. A traffic impact analysis was performed. A parking demand analysis for the three phases of redevelopment was performed utilizing a customized version of the DeShazo Shared Parking Model.
