Mixed-use / Westlake, Texas Entrada is a mixed-use development being developed in Westlake, Texas to emulate the classic architecture of Catalonia, Spain. Developed by MRW Investors, LLC, Entrada will feature residential, retail, office, entertainment, hotel and community uses over approximately 85 acres. The services of DeShazo Group were employed to conduct a comprehensive parking analysis for the greater Entrada development to optimize layout of the development while adhering to Town of Westlake code parking requirements. The findings of the study are intended to provide a technical basis to validate proposed parking supply. |
