ROSS AVENUE GARAGE
Parking Design / Dallas, Texas DeShazo Group analyzed the ramp capacity of the seven-level, 1,200-space Ross Avenue parking garage in Downtown Dallas to see if it could accommodate additional traffic volumes if two to four levels (400 spaces) were added to the structure. The First Baptist Church was concerned that the additional traffic would create congestion around the church. DeShazo evaluated the access system's capacity and considered the user characteristics during the weekday office use and on Sunday morning for the church's needs. The analysis indicated that there would be no negative impact associated with the garage expansion. |
