TAMU COMMERCE
Higher Education / Commerce, Texas DeShazo conducted a traffic impact analysis (TIA) for the proposed Texas A&M Agricultural Multipurpose Center and National Gamebird Laboratory in Commerce, Texas. The proposed development is located on State Highway 24 south of the main TAMUC campus. The purpose of this TIA was to determine if any improvements to the adjacent transportation system are needed to maintain a satisfactory level of service, an acceptable level of safety, and appropriate access for the proposed development. TxDOT and the City of Commerce reburied that a TIA be completed for the subject site as part of the approval process.
